Cairo Educational Services announced that coupon No. 13 will be paid at EGP 1.5 per share as of Thursday, September 11, 2014.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on Monday, September 8 will be entitled to the dividend.
The company had posted financial statements for H1 that ended on June 30, 2014, showing that net profit rose 15% to EGP 7.4 million from EGP 6.5 million in the same period a year earlier.
FY13 net profit had amounted to EGP 6.4 million, compared with EGP 8.3 million in FY12. The company operates with issued and paid-in capital of EGP 24 million, divided into 2.4 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
